Any field in that login area can be used in your sales page.
You can change the member.cgi to reflect what you want to say in it,
or add or take out fields.  The instructions come with the script.

Okay.....  here are some of the fields that were filled out in the demo.
your  (id)  when used will show the Paypal email 
so it would be (email): Click to see the mail.
Website Site Headline  See the Title -
Sponsor's (name) -

So you might put,
Stop by our sponsor's site (siteheadline) -
the code (url) and siteheadline are used for the link
so whatever your affiliate puts into his login info in these fields
can be put on your sales page.
